Nine Elms is a place before it is a name.
Three shareholders, one address in London. The name is not decoration — it is the shorthand for a partnership that started somewhere specific and real.
The company traded as AWH Legacy Real Estate LLC until 2026. The name was accurate and unmemorable: it described the founders to the founders, and asked a seller to hold four words and an acronym in their head before they could pick up the phone.
9 Elms is two syllables. It has a numeral you can see from across a street, a word with roots in it, and a story that takes eight seconds to tell. That is the entire reason for the change, and it was enough.
How we work
We are a boutique brokerage, deliberately. We hold one exclusive building mandate at a time, transact a third of our volume off-market, and turn down instructions we do not think we can sell.
If you are selling, you get a figure within 48 hours and no follow-up campaign if you decline it. If you are buying, you get the numbers, service charge, comparable resale, what the payment plan actually costs, before you get the adjectives.
Numbers, not adjectives.
Four people. You will know all of them.
We will tell you if we are the wrong fit.
A brokerage that takes every instruction ends up serving none of them properly. If your property needs a different kind of agency, we would rather say so on the first call.
