Payment plans are lengthening, not prices falling
42,100 off-plan sales in the quarter with median price per sq ft flat. The concession has moved into the payment schedule.
If you read only the headline price data, the Dubai off-plan market looks flat. That reading is wrong, and it is wrong in a way that costs buyers money. Developers competing on headline price damage their own back book; competing on payment terms does the same job without the visible mark.
